FLA is south Florida’s number one Age Group and Masters swim team.  We are the largest swimming program in the area with programs for swimmers from 5 to 105.  We are the reigning age group team champions of the Florida Gold Coast association of USA Swimming, the national governing body for the sport of swimming.  Our adult swim team, FLA Masters, is one of the newest and fastest growing teams in Florida and United States Masters Swimming.

FLA offers the following programs on a year-round basis to positively influence the lives of its members and participants, as well as the community at large:

  • Adult Fitness and Masters Swim Team
  • Summer Swim Camp
  • FLA Foundation which raises funds to support the activities of FLA
    and make its programs available to those members of the community
    that cannot otherwise afford our services

Led by Olympic Coach Duffy Dillon, FLA has a diverse staff of coaches and support personnel that provide the finest quality swimming coaching in friendly and supportive atmosphere for all ages and abilities.  You don’t have to be a champion to start with FLA, but we can help you reach whatever level you want to.  For every age, we offer groups for beginners to the most advanced competitor all the way up to Olympians and National qualifiers.  Our masters program also provides training and coaching from the fitness athlete to the weekend road warrior and champion triathlete.
